Terms of Service

Last updated: November 2026

These terms describe how Revoh works today, in plain terms. They are still being reviewed and are not final legal text or legal advice. Anything we agree with you in writing for a pilot applies alongside them.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Revoh, you agree to these terms. If you are using Revoh on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. The service

Revoh is software for qualifying, scoring and prioritizing inbound property enquiries. Scores are a guide to help you decide who to contact first; they do not predict or guarantee a sale. Revoh is not a CRM and has no direct CRM integration. WhatsApp needs a business sender approved by Meta, and approval is outside our control.

3. Use of the service

You agree to use Revoh in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of any third-party platforms you use with it, including Meta's business messaging policies. You are responsible for how you contact and handle the leads you receive through Revoh.

4. Pilots, trials and fees

We currently offer Revoh through guided pilots, with pricing agreed with you. Accounts created in the Revoh app may include a 14-day trial; when it ends, the workspace becomes read-only until a plan is chosen. Fees shown in the app are charged through Paystack.

5. Renewal

Automatic recurring billing is not enabled. Paid access runs for the billing period you have paid for and does not renew unless you pay again.

6. Cancellation and refunds

To cancel, email hello@revoh.app. Paid access continues through the billing period already recorded. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Availability and liability

Revoh is provided on an "as is" basis, and we do not currently offer a service-level or response-time commitment. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.

8. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@revoh.app.
