FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

How Revoh works, how it fits your sales process, and what to expect.

The basics

What is Revoh?

Revoh is a lead qualification and prioritization platform for real estate agents, brokerages, property developers and sales teams.

It helps capture inbound enquiries, ask the opening qualification questions, score each lead out of 100, and surface the opportunities that deserve attention first.

Does Revoh replace our CRM?

No. Revoh is designed to work before or alongside your existing CRM and sales process.

Its job is to improve the first stage of the lead journey by showing which enquiries are worth pursuing and giving you more context before you make contact. There is no direct CRM integration.

Does Revoh only work with WhatsApp?

No. Revoh can qualify leads through supported channels such as WhatsApp and your website.

The core product is lead qualification and prioritization. WhatsApp is one intake channel, not the entire platform. It needs a business sender approved by Meta, usually 1 to 3 weeks, so you can start on your website while that is approved.

Can Revoh handle leads from our website?

Yes. Revoh can be used as a qualification experience on your website so visitors can provide their requirements before reaching your sales team.

These leads enter the same qualification and prioritization workflow.

Can Revoh work with international property businesses?

Yes. We can configure Revoh for your market during setup, including:

  • Currency (KES, USD, EUR or GBP)
  • Phone country code
  • Budget bands
  • Location examples

This allows the qualification questions to reflect the market you operate in.

Scoring and prioritization

How does lead scoring work?

Revoh uses the answers collected during qualification to calculate a score out of 100, based on:

  • Budget (up to 40)
  • Urgency (up to 30)
  • Move-in timeline (up to 20)
  • Bedrooms (up to 10)

Leads scoring 80 or above are hot, 50 or above are warm, and the rest are cold.

Area is collected for your team but does not affect the score.

Can we change how leads are scored?

Not directly. The scoring factors and weights are the same for every customer, and custom criteria are not available.

We set your currency and budget bands during setup so that the budget score fits your market.

Do enquirers see their score?

No. The score is for your team and is not shown to enquirers.

They answer a short set of qualification questions.

Can Revoh tell us which leads are most important?

Yes. That is one of Revoh's primary functions.

By combining qualification answers with a lead score, Revoh helps you identify the prospects that deserve attention first.

Will Revoh reject low-scoring leads?

Not automatically. A lower score simply tells your team that the lead currently appears to be a lower priority.

How your business chooses to handle those enquiries remains up to you.

Your team and your leads

What happens when a lead wants to speak to a person?

If a lead types help, agent or human, Revoh records a call-back request and emails your team.

You can then call or message the lead directly, with the answers already collected. Replies happen from your own phone or WhatsApp, not inside Revoh.

What happens if a lead stops replying?

If a prospect provides useful information and then stops responding, Revoh emails your team about the incomplete enquiry.

Revoh does not message the lead again automatically. This gives you the chance to follow up yourself instead of losing the lead.

How does Revoh alert us?

By email. Revoh emails everyone on your account when a lead scores hot, asks for a call back, or stops replying after giving useful answers.

The email includes the lead details, so you can decide how quickly to respond.

Can multiple agents use Revoh?

Yes, and it also works for a single agent. On a team, the owner manages team members and billing, and agents work the leads. Everyone on the account can see the agency's leads.

Can leads be assigned to agents?

Yes. Leads can be assigned by hand so your team knows who is responsible for following up.

This helps reduce confusion around ownership.

What happens after a lead is qualified?

The lead remains visible in Revoh so you can keep track of what happens next.

You can mark it as Contacted, Converted or Unqualified as things progress.

Data and security

What information does Revoh store?

Revoh stores the information required to manage and qualify property enquiries, which may include:

  • Contact details
  • Qualification responses
  • Lead score
  • Lead status
  • Conversation history
  • Assignment information

Access is restricted to authorized users within the relevant agency.

Is our agency data separated from other customers?

Yes. Revoh is designed as a multi-tenant platform, with agency data separated so authorized users only access the information belonging to their organization.

Getting started and pricing

How long does setup take?

For early customers, Revoh uses a guided onboarding process.

We configure the initial qualification experience around your market, budget ranges and lead process before the system goes live.

Do we need technical knowledge to use Revoh?

No. We help configure the initial setup.

You can then use the dashboard to review and manage incoming leads without needing to understand the technical infrastructure behind Revoh.

Is there a free trial?

We recommend a guided pilot rather than a self-serve trial. We agree the pilot terms with you before anything goes live.

This allows you to test Revoh using a real lead source and evaluate whether it improves the way you handle incoming enquiries.

How much does Revoh cost?

We agree pricing with you based on your lead volume, team size and the channels you need.
