1. Who this covers

This page covers people who visit this website, customers and their team members who use the Revoh app, and property leads whose enquiries are handled through Revoh on behalf of a customer. If you enquired with a property business that uses Revoh, that business decides how it follows up with you.

2. Information we collect

• Website visitors: what you enter in the demo or contact form, and usage data from Google Analytics.
• Customers and team members: name, email address, agency details, activity in the app and payment records from Paystack.
• Property leads: name, phone number, answers about budget, area, bedrooms, urgency and move-in timeline, the conversation with Revoh, lead score, status, assignment and notes, plus the page, referrer and campaign details of a website enquiry.
• Technical data: IP addresses used for rate limiting and security logs. Server logs may include phone numbers and message content.

3. How we use it

We use this information to run the service, ask qualification questions, score leads, email alerts to the customer's team, respond to you, keep the service secure and understand how the website is used. We do not sell personal data.

4. Automated messages and lead scoring

Qualification questions on WhatsApp and website chat are automated. Revoh scores each lead out of 100 on budget, urgency, timeline and bedrooms. The score is shown to the customer's team and not to the lead. It helps the team decide who to contact first; Revoh does not automatically reject a lead.

5. Service providers

We use these providers to run Revoh. Information may be processed outside your country, including in Singapore and the United States.

Netlify

Hosts this website and the Revoh app, including server logs. App server functions run in the United States.

Supabase

Database and user accounts, hosted in Singapore.

Twilio and Meta

Carry WhatsApp messages between leads and Revoh.

Resend

Sends lead alerts and account emails.

Paystack

Processes payments for the Revoh app.

Google Analytics

Website and app usage analytics.

Microsoft Clarity

Usage analytics in the Revoh app. It is no longer used on this website.

Formspree

Receives the demo and contact forms on this website.

Calendly

Handles demo scheduling, under its own privacy policy and cookies.

Zoho

Handles email sent to hello@revoh.app.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, which sets the cookies _ga and _ga_YRDX49CN7P when a page loads. There is currently no cookie consent tool on this website. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. We do not use advertising cookies on this website.

7. Security

Connections to this website use HTTPS. Access to lead data in the app is limited to signed-in users of the agency it belongs to. We rely on our infrastructure providers for storage security and do not add our own separate encryption layer to stored data.

8. How long we keep information

We have not set fixed deletion periods. Lead and account data is generally kept until it is deleted on request. IP addresses used for rate limiting are cleared after about a day; security logs may be kept longer.

9. Access and deletion requests

To ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, email hello@revoh.app. We handle these requests manually. If you are a property lead, you can also contact the business you enquired with.
